ATMOS Boilers
Enerbi’s research and experience supports the notion that wood-based hydronic systems are the most effective long-term solution for space heating and potable hot water in colder Australian climates such as Tasmania, Victoria, Southern WA, and mountainous areas.
Typically, Australia used wood fire stoves, heat pumps, or gas. Over the last 10 years, there has been a growing trend to utilise hydronic heating (hot water radiators in rooms or underfloor heating) for domestic and commercial spaces. Where natural gas is unavailable, biomass (wood logs or wood pellets) is typically the most cost effective and reliable form of heat source.
Enerbi are the Australian agents for the ATMOS boiler range, a Czech company who have been world leaders in the manufacture of wood gasification boilers for cold climates since 1935. ATMOS boilers range in size from 14-80kW and generate hot water (90°C) that is stored in a buffer tank and subsequently used for space heating and potable hot water generation.
Enerbi supply the complete range of boiler accessories, including:
Buffer tanks with options for solar thermal inputs (evacuated tubes/flat plates) and potable hot water systems built into the unit
Hot water circulation pumps and accessories
Chimneys: natural draft and forced draft
Buffer tanks
Radiators
We work with local suppliers who have an extensive range of hydronic equipment (panels, valve sets, underfloor heating system components) to deliver client driven solutions for your new build or retrofit opportunity.
Enerbi has sold numerous systems since introducing boilers to the Australian market in 2015. There is a growing demand as people realise the ease and reliability of wood based heating.
